During an intensive your therapist may use: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Flash technique, Progressive Counting (PC), and Sandtray therapies.

Intensive Fee:

$200/hour
-Intensives are not traditionally covered by insurance
-Non-refundable 50% deposit required at time of booking

Options:

-Half-day (3hrs) for single events and recent incidents
-Full-day (6hrs)
-Multi-day options personalized to your goals

50 minute sessions once weekly or bi-weekly

Using the ADULT attachment projective (AAP)
