Trauma Intensives

Experience rapid changes with minimal interruption to your life, weekend options are available!

During an intensive your therapist may use: Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Flash technique, Progressive Counting (PC), and Sandtray therapies.

Intensive Fee:

$200/hour
-Intensives are not traditionally covered by insurance
-Non-refundable 50% deposit required at time of booking

Options:

-Half-day (3hrs) for single events and recent incidents
-Full-day (6hrs)

Standard Fee:

  • $155/session
    (self-pay or insurance)
  • Payable by Cash, Check, Card
  • or FSA, HSA, and HRA payments

Attachment Assessments

Using the ADULT attachment projective (AAP)

Useful for:

  • Learning more about your attachment status
  • Those currently in therapy but feeling at a standstill with progress
  • Anyone who wants to be more emotionally responsive and create secure attachments
  • Learn more about the AAP here
